Ingredients for kaleji Recipe :
- Cow kaleji 1 kg
- Tomatoes 1 paw (chopped)
- Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
- Hot spice powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- kasuri methi 2 tablespoons
- Chopped red chilies 2 tablespoons
- Coriander 1 bunch (finely chopped)
- Green chilies 8 (finely chopped)
- Ginger 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
- Yogurt 1 pao
- Oil or ghee as per requirement

Wash the Kaleji well to remove the pulp and keep it for ten minutes after
applying lemon juice to the Kaleji.

Put the Kaleji in a large pan or pan and cover it for five minutes and keep it
on high heat.

When it is well steamed. If it comes, crush it lightly with a big knife.

After that, add chopped tomatoes, curd, chopped red chilies, salt, ginger and
garlic paste and cover again for ten minutes and cook on low heat.

When the water dries up. Then add ghee or oil, hot spice powder, fenugreek and
cover the lid again for five minutes.

When all the ingredients are melted, add green coriander, green chilies,
chopped ginger and sauté lightly.
7.
Two to four minutes. Then keep it on the tail and fry it.
8. Serve hot with salad, raita and tandoori naan.
