Hello, Friends today i'll tell you simple  tikka boti recipe . mutton tikka boti recipe.  peshawari tikka. restaurant style tikka boti. Must try this Masala tikka boti recipe on Eid Ul Adha .

Ingredients for Tikka boti:

  • Meat 1 kg 
  • Garlic ginger paste 2 tablespoons 
  • Red chili powder 2 teaspoons 
  • Hot spice powder 1 tablespoon 
  • Proven coriander (chopped) 1 tablespoon 
  • Saffron 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Celery 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Yogurt 1 cups 
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tablespoons 
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup 
  • Green chilies (make a paste) 6-8 pcs 
  • Green coriander (make a paste) 1/2 bunch 
  • Onion 1 tsp (make a paste) 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil as per the need

Instructions for Tikka boti:

  1. Add meat, garlic ginger paste, red chili powder, hot spice powder, chopped coriander, celery, curd, red chili paste, raw papaya paste, salt, vinegar green coriander paste and onion paste in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and keep it to marinate for 3-4 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the meat along with the spices and cook covered on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
  4. When the water dries up, fry it lightly and remove it from the stove.
  5. Remove to a serving dish and start hot with salad, green chatney ,lemon and bread or naan.
