Green chutney is a chutney made with green chilies, cumin, coriander and mint leaves. Served with a Pakistani food , the main ingredients needed to make green chutney are surprisingly green they are coriander leaves (dhanya), mint leaves (podina).

Ingredients for Green Chatney:

  • 2 cups mint leaves
  • 1 cup coriander chopped  
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (juice)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp green chilies chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions for Green Chatney:

  1. Combine all the ingredients together
  2. Blend them in a mixer
  3. Make a smooth paste using little water
  4. Keep in the fridge
  5. Use as needed
