Ingredients for Spanish omelette:

  1. Eggs 3 pieces
  2. Chicken breast 100 grams  
  3. Potatoes 2 pieces medium  
  4. Onions 2 pieces medium
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
  7.  Vinegar 1 tablespoons
  8. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  9. Mozzarella cheese half a cup
  10. Green chilies 1 to 2
  11. Coriander as desired
  12. Cooking oil as per requirement 

Instructions for Spanish omelette 

  • Finely chop the potatoes and onions and fry them in a teaspoon of cooking oil for three to four minutes, then sprinkle salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper and cover on a low flame and cook until the potatoes are cooked.
  • Chicken breast Wash and dry it and cut it into pieces, marinate these pieces with salt, vinegar and soy sauce.
  • Beat the eggs and add salt and black pepper to it and the fried potato and onion mixture. Add finely chopped green chilies and green coriander.
  • In a non-stick frying pan, fry the chicken pieces in a tablespoon of cooking oil, sprinkling a little flour and grilling them.
  • Then heat two tablespoons of cooking oil and spread half of the beaten egg mixture in it, frying on medium heat, when it starts to turn slightly golden, add the grilled chicken and the mashed potatoes and top with Spread the egg mixture and cover with a glass lid and cook until well set.
  • Flip the omelette carefully and take it out on a plate when the other side is golden.
