Simple vegetable Pulao | Plain Pulao

I love to try different recipes and vegetable pulao is one of my most favorite recipe because it is very simple and easy .Vegetable pulao is a popular rice dish made with basmati rice, mixed vegetables, and different spices. It is a flavorful dish . 


Simple vegetable Pulao | Plain Pulao

Ingredients Simple vegetable Pulao:

  1. Rice 1 kg
  2. Carrots 4 pcs
  3. Cauliflower 1/2 kg
  4. Cabbage 1 small flower
  5. Capsicum 3 pcs
  6. Potatoes 3 pcs
  7. Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Tomato 250 gm
  10. Ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
  11. Onion 2 pcs
  12. Ghee 1 cup
  13. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  14.  Water 4-6 glasses
  15.  Yogurt 1 cup
  16.  Dried coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  17. Green chilies (chopped) 2-3 pieces
  18. Proven hot spices 1 tablespoon

 Instruction Simple vegetable Pulao:

Step 1:

Cut all the vegetables.

Step 2:

Now put carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, potato in a pot and cook them. If the vegetables are rotten, filter the water.

Step 3:

Heat ghee in another pot.

Step 4:

Add onion, tomato, curd, salt, red pepper. Add green chilies, dry coriander, turmeric, ginger, garlic, hot spices and fry well.

Step 5:

When fried well, add rice and vegetables to it, and add 4-6 glasses of water.

Step 6:

When the rice is cooked If desired, put them on the steam.

Step 7:

After 5 to 10 minutes on low flame, the pulao is ready.

Step 10:

Enjoy Delicious vegetable pulao with raita and salad
