I love to try different recipes and vegetable pulao is one of my most favorite recipe because it is very simple and easy .Vegetable pulao is a popular rice dish made with basmati rice, mixed vegetables, and different spices. It is a flavorful dish .
- Rice 1 kg
- Carrots 4 pcs
- Cauliflower 1/2 kg
- Cabbage 1 small flower
- Capsicum 3 pcs
- Potatoes 3 pcs
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Tomato 250 gm
- Ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Onion 2 pcs
- Ghee 1 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Water 4-6 glasses
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Dried coriander powder 1 tablespoon
- Green chilies (chopped) 2-3 pieces
- Proven hot spices 1 tablespoon
Step 1:
Cut all the vegetables.
Step 2:
Now put carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, potato in a pot and cook
them. If the vegetables are rotten, filter the water.
Step 3:
Heat ghee in another pot.
Step 4:
Add onion, tomato, curd, salt, red pepper. Add green chilies, dry
coriander, turmeric, ginger, garlic, hot spices and fry well.
Step 5:
When fried well, add rice and vegetables to it, and add 4-6
glasses of water.
Step 6:
When the rice is cooked If desired, put them on the steam.
Step 7:
After 5 to 10 minutes on low flame, the pulao is ready.
